Co-Founder of Accretive Technologies and member of its board in-charge of finance and client delivery. Annie is a well-recognized expert in database management and performance of complex systems.

She hold 3 US patents, delivered strategic , tactical and operational services using X-Act predictive technologies to a great numbers of clients including: First Data Corp., McDonald’s, La Poste, Deutsche Bank, BNP, CLS and Reuters.

Prior to Accretive, Annie was part of ATT/Dataid and the team, who made possible the transformation of the French Social Security Platform.

Annie is a Doctor of Chemistry from ENS de Chimie and Master of business administration.

Mike Brookbanks has 22 years’ experience in the Information Technology (I.T.) field, and has successfully shaped, developed, led and delivered multiple transformational IT engagements, creating innovative approaches to the optimization and transformation of client’s IT environments.

He engages as a trusted advisor at the CIO/CXO level, translating between business challenges and IT solutions to architect, lead and deliver complex transformations across IT environments within a mix of clients. He worked for IBM between 1988 and 2010 where he successfully led the transformation of clients I.T. environments to meet business and IT challenges (Cost reduction/ IT Optimization, Operational Resilience, IT Transformation and Green IT) across Financial Services and Public Sector.

Mike provides hands on ownership of the end to end engagement, from problem definition through to ensure successful delivery; using a combination of his broad technical and business experience. He utilizes his engineering background, which he combines with technical curiosity and self-motivation to develop innovative approaches to business problems.

He is also a thought leader with regards IT Cloud environments, he was the UK lead for IBM; where he developed and filed five patents. Mike is a regular speaker at external events, he has developed a number of papers considering the transformation a company’s information technology, and Operational Resilience, In 2002 he contributed to an Institute of Financial Services book – Operational Resilience - the art of risk management.

Mike has an MSc in Information Technology from Loughborough University and a BSc Honors degree in General Engineering and Business Management from the University of Surrey. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Open Group Distinguished Certified IT Architect (TOGAF).

Mr. Wells was appointed to his current role on May 18, 2003. In his current position he has managed the technology lab where Accretive researches infrastructure performance and best practices. In addition he has directed management of the X-Act product suite.

Before joining Accretive Technologies, Inc. Mr. Wells managed the Research and Development lab at First Data Resources. His research interests are performance and behavior characteristics of distributed systems.

While at FDR he led the efforts in evaluating and modeling leading J2EE containers to determine best of breed for development of new product offerings.

Prior to running the lab he was a lead architect in developing middleware solutions allowing clients to integrate their in-house systems with those of FDR.

Mr. Wells has a BS from Fort Hays State University and is a patent holder of Anonymous Account processing.
